DocxPacer types your Word (.docx) draft into a Google Doc keystroke by keystroke, at a natural human pace — bursts, pauses, even the odd typo-and-fix — not one jarring paste. Set a speed in WPM, or choose how many words, over how long; it types in the background, stops at your target, and resumes next session. Free types plain text; Pro keeps your formatting (bold, italic, underline, alignment) and can paraphrase your lines with AI as it types.

A Google Docs add-on version would be a lifesaver since I draft most of my longform in Docs. Even if it just typed the text without formatting at first, having that option would save me the extra step of moving everything over to Word for pacing.
Typed in the background while I made coffee and came back to a full draft in my Doc, no awkward paste artifacts. Love that it pauses naturally and keeps my formatting intact.
the keystroke simulation with natural pauses and even little typo-and-fix moments is honestly brilliant, makes the whole thing feel way less sketchy than just slamming a giant paste into google docs. really thoughtful execution.
