DOC-UP exists to provide compassionate help for residents of Whitfield County. We provide responsible, short-term financial assistance in the form of rent, utility payments or minor prescription costs. We also teach classes, open to the community. Initial requirements for assistance include residence in Whitfield County for 3 months, proof of income, identification, and a qualifying bill or landlord form.
