Is there a terminal command for speeding up the show animation if on Sierra?

@casepolen sure, you can change the 0 on these two commands to set it up according to your needs. The number is in seconds, so 0 will mean instantly. I like 0.15 for the animation and 0 for the delay: - for the animation speed (so how long it takes the dock animation from hidden to shown) defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-time-modifier -float 0 - for the delay (so time it take for the animation to start in the first place) defaults write com.apple.dock autohide-delay -float 0 Hope this helps 😉
