Hats off to you, @joshwallerr! DocDecoder is a real lifesaver for anyone who's ever been lost in legal jargon. The real-time summaries and color-coded clauses are absolute gold. How do you ensure the accuracy of the summaries, especially for more complex documents? Upvoted and excited to see how this evolves!
Josh Waller
@renchu_song Thanks Richard 😄. There are quite a few measures in place to make sure the summaries are accurate, but the longer the policy, the more clauses it seems to skip over. It's an issue I'm still working on. Prompting and NLP can only take me so far, so when API costs come down, I'm considering adding a few more steps to the summary gen process. Right now it would be too expensive, but in general the accuracy is very good from my own testing.

@mitia I hope it does 😎

This is so important! That’s why I offer a video to explain our T&C for Credtent and offer them in a chatpdf window.

Do you cache the responses or regenerate for everyone, on the fly? This seems like a hard but fun problem to solve, love to see it!
Josh Waller
@nick_potts2 Thank you 😄. Yes the summaries are cached once they've been generated. I need to add a feature to refresh the summaries to handle cases where the policy has been updated since it was last summarised.

@joshwallerr Would you not just hash it and store it against the hash vs the actual site/url?
