Dnipro is a small Chrome extension that reads the LinkedIn profile you’re currently viewing and checks it against seven signals that frequently show up on fabricated profiles: - How recently the account was created - Whether they ever set a custom profile URL - Photo presence and timing - Network size relative to claimed experience - Technologies listed in roles that ended before those technologies existed - Identical phrasing reused across different employers - Social proof weighed against actual network size One signal means almost nothing. This is actually pretty clever. I like that it looks at a few different signals instead of just trying to label a profile as fake. Definitely seems useful when you’re screening a lot of people. Congrats on the launch! 👏

@daniel_nwankwo Thanks, appreciate it! The "few different signals" part was the whole point. There is no ground truth for calling a profile fake, so the honest version is showing what raised a question and letting the recruiter decide.
