I had no idea what DMARC is until about a week ago. Was highlighted in a Mail Tester report as a way to reduce email going to spam (https://www.producthunt.com/tech...). Basically - it's a protocol for identifying what is and isn't valid email coming from your domain. You're able to communicate with email providers (such as gmail), what to do with email that isn't authorized. Example: Someone tries to send phishing emails pretending to be you. DMARC can help you in blocking it / having it always go to Spam. Part of DMARC is the reporting. Every 24hrs each email provider that you send to will send you a list of the mail they received and whether or not it passed authorization. It comes in this gnarly XML file which is almost impossible to understand. Dmarcian provides a service that parses these files for you and makes it easy for you to identify where all of your authorized/unauthorized email is coming from.
