Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built District Seal because I got tired of watching signature disputes come down to "prove it." Here's the problem: DocuSign and every other e-signature tool prove one thing — that someone clicked a link. Nothing more. When a forged deed lands in court, or a borrower denies signing the note, or heirs challenge a will after the signer has died, that email log is worth almost nothing. District Seal adds an evidence layer on top of any signature: • Face match against a reference photo • A randomized spoken phrase (so a recording can't be replayed) • A presence check — turning your head on cue • WebAuthn hardware device authentication • SHA-256 seal binding the certificate to the exact document • A public QR code that anyone can scan to independently verify the record Every certificate is court-admissible, and no login or call to us is required for a judge or auditor to verify it. The thing I'm proudest of: privacy is architectural, not marketing. Voice and video never leave the signer's own device. We keep only the SHA-256 hash, the forensic timeline, and the reference photo — destroyed automatically after 30 days. Built for title companies, estate attorneys, real estate brokers, private lenders, and any platform that needs identity-verified signing via API. I'm self-taught. I learned to code by building this.
