Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Discovery Companion around a problem I've experienced in CX and CCaaS work: discovery starts as a conversation, but the information quickly becomes fragmented across notes, spreadsheets, requirements documents and different versions of customer-facing material. I wanted a workflow where the context gathered during discovery stays connected to what comes afterwards. Discovery Companion takes an engagement from customer context and opportunities through discovery and structured requirements, and ultimately into a Statement of Understanding that can be shared with the customer. I've deliberately started with a narrow audience: CX & CCaaS consultants, solution professionals and small consulting teams. Rather than trying to make another generic project or requirements management tool, I wanted it to reflect the way this kind of customer work actually happens. It's now live and this is still an early stage for me, so I'm particularly interested in honest feedback.
