@eriktorenberg since you asked, I'll give you some feedback. I think in many cases this'd be a good idea, however when people are in love, they aren't going to think about "what happens if we break up and then he/she goes ballistic and posts these photos/videos everywhere?" It also looks like it isn't a sharing app, which my guess is the usual problem. Someone takes a picture and wants to send it to someone else, yet not have it go "public" (the original snapchat premise.)
The major use case I can see is people who have a big need for privacy, the rich, the celebs, the politicians, etc. But not something most couples would consider, unless they've been burned before. Good idea though.
Love the concept behind this—storing files locally and requiring two phones to be in proximity for data to be unlocked. I feel like the concept could be applied to potentially more interesting things.
As far as this specific app, I just don't love it's implications about trust in relationships. Two pass codes? I feel like couples know each other's pass codes. Only being accessible when the two people are together because you can't trust your partner when he/she is not under your watch? COME ON.
@netspencer I remember another couples app from last year maybe. Pitched as a togetherness thing, send a hug (vibration) etc. But the main feature seemed to be "send your location". My first thought was this was for couples that didn't trust each other any more and wanted to know where the other was RIGHT NOW. i.e. are you at a hotel, your ex-girlfriend's house etc.
You are correct that the concept goes well beyond sex videos. Guessing the idea will get picked up for other uses. Be interesting to see what. Sorta like the YO app.

as @SacBookReviewer highlights, most people don't want to think about the "what if".
it looks like if distilled to its simplest form, this app is an app which has 2 secret entry codes where other apps have 1.
