Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ryota, a solo developer in Japan. I've been doing web work for 18 years.
Many of my client projects don't use Git. For years, before each delivery I sorted folders by date in Finder and picked out the changed files one by one. I also used an app called SCONE Diff for a long time, until it stopped being distributed in 2023.
Diff Pro Max started as a diff tool for my own work. Later I added Delivery mode: set a date range and exclude patterns, and it exports only the changed files with the folder structure, plus a list of what was exported.
Everything runs on your device. No account, no telemetry. I first built it on Electron and moved it to Tauri.
