Most DEXs let you trade the same 500 tokens everyone else is trading. We kept asking: why should futures be limited to crypto assets picked by a centralized team? Dexetera started from a simple idea: if something can be measured, it should be tradeable. So we built a futures layer on Hyperliquid where anyone can create a market on any verifiable data: macro indicators, onchain metrics, real-world prices, social stats... Really anything that fluctuates and that can be measured, with a valid "data source". Zero gas fees and full self-custody were non-negotiable from day one: we want to make decentralized trading easy, cheap and super simple for everyone, removing any friction.
