The goal is simple: to allow developers, founders, makers, and curious people to meet quickly, randomly, and directly, without scheduling endless calls on the calendar. You join, match, talk for 5 minutes with another builder, and exchange contacts. Maybe an idea is born. Maybe you find a collaborator. Maybe you join a team. Maybe you simply meet an interesting person. Ultimately, DevRoulotte was created for this: fewer scheduled calls, more real encounters.

I built DevRoulotte because I felt that builders need a faster and more spontaneous way to meet each other. Most networking today starts with messages, calendar links, delays, and sometimes no real conversation at all. I wanted to create something simpler: enter the platform, get matched with another builder, and have a short peer-to-peer video chat. The goal is not to replace communities, Telegram groups, Discord servers, or LinkedIn. The goal is to create the missing moment in between: a quick human interaction where two people can exchange ideas, give feedback, find collaborators, or maybe start building something together. The product is still early, and I’m learning while building it. My main focus now is making the experience useful, lightweight, privacy-conscious, and sustainable. 🚀 Small milestone for DevRoulotte.chat.

Today our project was featured in the Italian Builders Digest, and it's a nice reminder that shipping consistently gets noticed.

DevRoulotte.chat is a simple idea: instead of endless networking messages and calendar links, developers get matched into random 1:1 WebRTC video conversations to meet fellow builders.

We're still early, collecting feedback, fixing bugs, and improving the experience one iteration at a time.
