Can you explain how the request review, prioritization and scoping works? Is this for small to medium requires that are achievable within a month? Last question, do you have a primary developer assigned or BA/PM to your account?

@skosmach Every base subscription includes 1 full-time developer working on your account and 1 project manager who oversees multiple accounts. This can be for small to medium code requests or it can be for large, ongoing projects. You may submit multiple requests and specify which ones you'd like done first, since you'll be working with the same project manager the entire time.

According to you, how many active clients could a single person handle with this kind of process ? And would it be possible to build software from scratch with you or are you only working on existing codebase ?

@quentingabriele We build from scratch and we can extend existing code bases. Our base subscriptions include a single developer working full time on your account at minimum. So for example, if someone doesn't have a lot of requests on their account (inactivity) that developer may complete some tickets for another account.
