DevDossier turns any GitHub username into a clean, AI-generated developer profile — in seconds. No signup needed. It analyzes your repos, languages, and contribution history, then writes a narrative that tells recruiters who you are as a developer — not just a list of repos. Features: 🔍 Instant GitHub analysis ✨ AI-generated narrative 📊 Compare two profiles side by side 📄 One-click PDF resume export 🎨 Clean, shareable profile page Built solo as a student project — feedback welcome!

The no-signup approach is refreshing, especially for recruiters who probably open tons of these. Love that the PDF export looks like an actual resume and not just a screenshot of the page.
@hsan718483 Thanks Ihsan! That was actually one of the trickiest parts to get right — glad it's landing well 🙏
Tried it with my own GitHub and the AI narrative actually nailed my style better than my LinkedIn summary. The side-by-side compare feature is a clever touch too.
The "no signup needed" detail really stands out here. So many dev tools bury the actual product behind auth flows, so the fact that I can paste a username and get something useful in seconds feels like the right call.
Plugged in my username and honestly the narrative nailed it better than my actual resume does. The side-by-side compare is kind of brilliant for recruiters too, hadn't seen that anywhere else.
Love how quick this is and the narrative angle feels way more useful than another stats dashboard. One thing I'd love to see: a section that flags your top 3 strongest repos with a short blurb on why they matter, so recruiters scanning the PDF actually know where to click first.
Love the concept, especially the side by side compare and the PDF export. One thing that would make this way more useful for recruiters is letting people pin or highlight 2 or 3 repos directly on the generated page, since sometimes the AI narrative buries the most impressive work. Maybe a small edit mode where the user can reorder sections or mark a repo as featured.
