Hey Product Hunt! I’m Ezzdin, and I built DevChrono.
I kept losing the details of my own work. I’d hit a bug, know I had solved it before, and then spend an hour digging through old chats, commits, and browser tabs for the fix. Standups and weekly reviews had the same problem: I’d finish a full week and struggle to say what I actually did.
Docs felt too formal for half-finished thoughts, and task trackers only showed that a ticket was closed, not why it went the way it did. I wanted a private place to write things down while the work was still happening, then find them again later.
So DevChrono keeps your plans, logs, tasks, snippets, and meetings in one searchable workspace. It’s private by default, and your standups and reviews come from your own record. You can also connect coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor over MCP, so they can read your context and log what they did.
The feedback that would help most:
Where did you get stuck in the first 10 minutes? If it wasn’t clear what to do first, I want to know.
Would you actually keep logging after week one? If not, what would make it feel like too much effort?
When you searched for something, did you find it? Finding things again is the whole point, so misses matter most to me.
What would you need before moving your notes here? A missing import, integration, or privacy guarantee would all be useful to hear about.
You get 14 days free with no card, and the first 100 customers keep a lower price for as long as they stay subscribed.
I’ll be in the comments all day and I read everything, so blunt feedback is welcome!
