As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram. Their support has helped us transform our Instagram from good to great. We’ve now shifted to monthly batch content production, complete with copy, and this shift has been a game-changer for us. Designity's thorough communication, ability to meet tight deadlines, and kind, flexible approach during organizational changes have made them an invaluable partner. I've been working with Designity for a couple of years now (maybe 3?) and I am always super impressed with the quality and quantity of work that they generate. My Creative Director, Matt, is really talented and organized and makes my life generally easier. I've run all sorts of projects through them from 3D animated videos to social media strategy plans to full-scale branding for new products and collections. Everything has been great and I fully believe that Designity is worth every single penny (and I'm on their most expensive plan).

I was wary to make the commitment because of the price tag it was tied to but I needed the help so I made the jump. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this: It has exceeded my expectations and been more than worth the cost. The creative director I was paired with (Shoutout to Simon!!) has kept communication flowing and he/the creative he chose have been absolutely amazing on the projects we've worked on so far. [Also shout out to Joey on the customer service side of things who helped me navigate some issues that came up on the accounting side of things!]

Our creative director, Ana Rivera, is absolutely AMAZING! I've used other subscription creative agencies before and canceled them because they lacked the expertise and service that Ana provides. I absolutely love that you guys have experienced creative directors like Ana. She excels not only in time and project management, communication, expert feedback, and collaboration but also in leading our strategic vision and branding efforts. Her ability to nurture creativity and innovation ensures that all projects are not just completed, but are pioneering and align perfectly with the latest market trends. Ana is 10 out of 10 stars. A couple of times, I received designs that were not up to our standard, and Ana immediately jumped in and helped the designers out. This ability to mentor and develop her team further sets her and Designity apart from what I’ve seen at other subscription creative agencies. Thank you, guys! I'm excited for our product launch and to share our brand book with investors.

We loved working with Designity! Their staff is extremely professional and diligent. Your Creative Director maps out timelines so you know when to expect projects and they hit the mark every time! We also had weekly calls to go over feedback and ideas to make sure we were all always on the same page! They truly understood our vision and delivered! 10/10!
