Our division relies on Designity as a cost-effective and flexible source for ongoing creative and design support. Over the past year, we’ve used their services for everything from copywriting and motion graphics to digital marketing projects.
We love Designity because they consistently deliver strong results with an impressive breadth of creative talent. Their Creative Director model is a major advantage—having one point of contact who manages timelines, briefs, and deliverables keeps our workflow smooth and efficient. The platform makes it easy to coordinate and maintain momentum across multiple projects.

What needs improvement

Overall, our experience has been very positive. If anything, real-time visibility into progress would make an already great platform even better.

vs Alternatives

We chose Designity because they were flexible and cost effective. We wanted to try a novel business model that met our need, glad we did because we have been super happy and impressed with their creative chops!

How are brand guidelines captured and maintained over time?

We shared our brand guidelines, the Creative Director knows them and ensures they are followed. We then do a final check.

How do you measure success and report on progress?

On time deliverables, progress reports are provided every time we meet with the Creative Director.

What happens if we’re unhappy with a deliverable?

We work through the Creative Director and they fix the issue. At times, they find a new creative with a fresh perspective and this works really well!

We have been able to scale our design needs in real time to accommodate the amount of work we have in both directions. They have clear communication with stellar Project Managers who ensures we are delivered our work on time and on brand. Their processes are clear-cut and easy to track.

They are able to scale up and down on a week-by-week basis. They are also very helpful in flagging for us when they are low on work.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Designity. Their team is professional, steady, and incredibly dependable. The quality of their content is truly next level, and their Creative Directors have been amazing partners throughout the process. Communication is smooth, expectations are always clear, and the results consistently exceed what we hoped for. I couldn’t recommend Designity more.

We have had a very positive experience working with Designity as our on-demand creative partner. Our Project Manager, Emily, has been excellent—she’s consistently timely, thoughtful, and proactive in her communication. Her use of Loom videos for updates has been especially helpful in keeping projects moving smoothly, and she demonstrates a strong understanding of our brand and needs. Our Customer Success Manager, Joey Silver, brings a professional and structured approach to our quarterly check-ins, which helps keep the relationship aligned and on track. The Designity model works well for us, with two dedicated creatives assigned to our account each month. The team has shown great flexibility when priorities shift. Overall, Designity provides a reliable service at a fair monthly cost, and we have appreciated the partnership.

Our day to day interaction with our creative director (shout out to Simon!) is fantastic and something I've come to enjoy. The value and quality of deliverables we receive from the team is worth every penny! The work we have received from Designity always aligns with our initial request and is delivered on time with an exceptional level of detail. Submitting new project requests is easy and I appreciate the collaboration we get from the Designity when working through projects.

An Unforgettable Experience Working with Sitara! This was my first time working with a creative director, and to be honest, I was very nervous about giving up control over our vision. Sitara not only understood that but also handled everything with care and consideration. I could tell she observed my initial anxiety and made sure that every step of the process was thoughtful, collaborative, and reassuring. She truly poured herself into the work, ensuring that I received an exceptional final product. She helped elevate our company’s branding, refining our logo and updating key materials like letterheads, PowerPoint templates, posters, pamphlets, and business cards. What stood out the most was her ability to take my ideas—despite my non-creative background—and translate them into something modern, unique, and deeply reflective of our mission as a psychiatry practice. Every time she presented three options, she went above and beyond by including a bonus mood board, helping me refine my vision with industry trends in mind. By the time we moved on to our second project, I had complete confidence in her. I saw firsthand how much effort, creativity, and attention to detail she put into her work, and I knew I could trust her to manage our business collateral from afar. She led the entire project, and outside of a few emails and quick comments on the Miro board, I was able to step back and let her work her magic. Just when I thought my expectations were met, Sitara would consistently exceed them. Working with her has been an incredible experience, and I am deeply grateful for everything she has done. Without a doubt, I will collaborate with her again in the future. Highly recommend!

The ability to communicate directly with an experienced Creative Director (shout-out to Matt!) has help ensure we get exactly what we need from our creative team. As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram. Their support has helped us transform our Instagram from good to great. We’ve now shifted to monthly batch content production, complete with copy, and this shift has been a game-changer for us. I've had a wonderful experience working with the Designity team, led by our awesome creative director Amit. They’ve always delivered on time which has made project management for our company a much smoother process. They're always incredibly responsive which speeds up the creative process to keep projects moving forward and they always make us feel like a top priority. Beyond their timeliness, the creative flow they bring to the table is exactly what our company needs. It's extremely collaborative and they take constructive feedback gracefully. Their tools and process flow are super easy to use, making it simple for us to keep track of progress and collaborate seamlessly. Whether it's designing digital ads, producing high-quality videos, creating infographics, or polishing presentations, Amit and his team have hit the mark every time. They take the time to understand our vision and help us make it reality.
