What about GDPR, CCPA and other similar laws? Collecting data about someone without any form of consent is not a great idea.

What percentage of emails are actually listed from the scraped data? I would assume that most have private listings.

using it nearly a half year, find that their contact files are empty! ratio close to one out of four, too bad, support said those empty files won't be back and can't be downloaded.
