Dentity is a consumer-first digital identity platform built on open identity standards and fully W3C compliant. We empower users to regain ownership of their personal data and identity.
Found this through an ad but gotta say not sold yet, do people really want to give more personal data to another platform, is there any way to use it without linking financial institutions too because privacy still feels like a risk, maybe consider showing exactly how safe it is with real examples?

So cool new platform but honestly who's going to trust all that personal data to something so new, I get the tech behind it sounds solid but with so many data leaks nowadays it's hard to feel safe, maybe build more trust before asking us to hand over our info?

Wow, this new platform seems super promising, love how it puts users first and takes data ownership seriously, especially useful in today's digital age, the ability to verify documents from 220 countries is seriously impressive and the integration with so many financial institutions is a game changer
big props to the founder for this, Marc Kuhn here thinks it could be big in industries overwhelmed with identity verification issues, but are we ready to trust these new systems completely, I mean it's a big leap from what we're used to
We definitely need more solutions like this in the market, lets see how it evolves, looking forward to what comes next
This is exactly what we need in today's digital world. Giving users control over their personal data is crucial. Excited to see how Dentity will revolutionize online trust and identity verification!

Dentity sounds like a really useful platform, especially for those of us concerned with online privacy. Love the idea of users taking back control of their personal data.

That's a great idea, would love to know more of the tech behind it. Congrats on the launch!

I came across this site through a friend's post and while the idea of users taking back control of their data sounds cool, isn't it risky to have so much personal info tied up digitally, maybe think about adding more security options, what do y'all think
@b2bwriterq Hey Lise. Great question! No PII is stored or shared with parties on the platform, the user is in full control given the nature of Verifiable Credential technology. We follow the guidelines of the W3C (Verifiable Credentials), as well as the Decentralized Identity Foundation.
Verifiable Credentials are at the core of every user’s sensitive data. Any result from a sensitive event, E.g. a user going through a KYC workflow, is promptly discarded soon after Dentity issues the user a KYC Verifiable Credential. The credentials are owned by the user and can only be unlocked by them after they authenticate to the system.
Dentity also leverages advanced data encryption and best-in-class security mechanisms. As the industry evolves, we always make sure we are steps ahead in being compliant with the latest and greatest security out there.
