Finally tried it out and the appointment and billing flow together really clicked for me. Wish it had a patient portal, but the dashboard is clean and the role based access feels thoughtful.

Would love to see a patient-facing mobile app with appointment booking and reminders, plus an SMS integration so clinics can send pre-visit instructions automatically. That would cut down no-shows and save the front desk a ton of phone time.

We can also integrate an SMS service to automatically send appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-visit instructions, preparation guidelines, and follow-up messages. This would help reduce missed appointments and save the front-desk team significant time.
The mobile app and SMS automation can be planned as an additional module or included in the next development phase, depending on the required scope and budget.
Role-based access is a nice touch, made it easy to see how the front desk and clinician views would actually differ in practice.

The all-in-one dashboard is genuinely handy, especially being able to jump from a patient chart straight into billing without losing context. Wish I'd had something this clean during my last clinic rotation.
