When one screen changes, an otherwise useful product demo should not need a complete rerecording. DemoTake works in scenes: retake the changed scene and keep the others and their edits.
You can adjust zooms, smooth the cursor, trim pauses and export landscape, portrait, square or GIF. Record and edit manually, or use the optional local MCP server with a compatible agent. The Mac app requires macOS 15 or later and supports Intel and Apple silicon.
There is a three-day trial with no card required. The Local licence is a one-time purchase; hosted Director and Team plans are separate options.
