Also it has various training modules assuring the growth of the employees and increasing their capability of managing their respective position. Daily, Weekly, Monthly targets will be given to the employees, based on the accomplishment they will be awarded in the form of CREDITS. Not only this they can also keep a track of their pending work. So the number of hours worked doesn’t matter, all that matters is the fulfillment of the provided work. Based on the result they will be provided feedback from their superior. This will satisfy the employee as well as the employer and the organizational goals are also achieve
