The live driver map was way more responsive than I expected, and assigning orders to specific riders took just a couple of clicks. Wish the analytics dashboard had a few more filter options, but for keeping daily routes visible at a glance it does the job nicely.
Would love to see real-time driver chat built in, so customers can quickly reach the courier about gate codes or order changes without needing a separate call.
Tested the route optimization feature on a few sample deliveries and it picked noticeably better stops than I expected, saving my drivers real time on tight windows. Clean dashboard too.
Finally tried ManageTeamz for a small catering business and the live driver tracking saved me so many "where's my order" calls. Setup was quicker than expected and the dashboard actually feels built for ops, not just a pretty demo.
The live status updates on the customer-facing side look really well thought out, gives clients that "I know exactly where my order is" feeling without cluttering the screen.
