OneTab gives you a list you never revisit. Tab Wrangler closes without asking. Workona is powerful but requires setup before it helps you. The swipe metaphor clicked because the same thing that makes Tinder work is what makes this work: you're not organizing, you're deciding. One at a time. That's cognitively very different from staring at a list and trying to bulk-manage.
