Decision Replay is a private decision workspace for individuals and teams. Record predictions, evidence and expected outcomes before hindsight changes the story. Unlike task managers, Decision Replay closes the learning loop through independent team input and blame-free outcome reviews.
A calendar view of past decisions and their outcomes would make this so much more useful. Right now I have to scroll through a long list to remember what I decided months ago, but being able to see patterns across weeks or seasons would really help me spot my own biases and track how my thinking evolves over time.

Closing the learning loop is such an underrated problem — recording your prediction before hindsight rewrites the story is the key insight here. The blame-free outcome reviews for teams could genuinely change how retros work. Congrats on launching!
