As AI practitioners, we noticed a painful dilemma for knowledge-workers and SMB owners (Prosumers). Open-source frameworks like OpenClaw are incredibly powerful but require hours of deployment, endless prompt-tuning, and tedious maintenance. On the flip side, traditional vertical SaaS tools are easy to use but too rigid—they don't grow with your unique business needs.
We built DearClaw to offer a third way: The absolute power of an advanced AI framework, packaged into a 30-second setup.

Super excited to finally share what we've been building! I wanted to add some personal context to what Yujin shared above.
The "aha moment" for me was when I realized I was spending more time configuring AI tools than actually using them. We kept asking ourselves: why can't an AI Agent just... work like a new hire who already read the company playbook on Day 1?
That's what the Harness system does — it's the "playbook" that turns a general-purpose Agent into a domain expert in seconds, not days.
Real talk: the past 2 weeks of shipping this launch? I managed the entire thing through our own Project Manager Agent. Every task, every deadline, every cross-team sync — tracked in a local SQLite table, nudging me when things slipped, staying silent in group chats unless I pulled it in. No Notion, no Jira, no context-switching. Just me talking to my PM Agent like a co-founder who never forgets anything.
It's one thing to build a product. It's another to rely on it under pressure. And honestly? I can't go back. 🫠
