Founder here DealInSec just launched today.
I built it after hearing the same story from dozens of Indian service businesses: the deal happens on WhatsApp, the scope never gets written down, and the final payment arrives late or never because nobody can prove what was agreed.
The part I keep going back and forth on is trust. DealInSec has an AI copilot that reads a pasted client chat and drafts the deal, flags risky terms in your agreement, and writes payment reminders. But I made one rule early: the numbers are never AI. Every on screen is computed from your actual records, AI only writes the words, and nothing is created or sent without you tapping confirm.
I think that's right for a product that touches someone's receivables. But I genuinely don't know where other people draw the line.
