The insights are clear, and actually useful (but do need some interpretation) especially the overview and sentiment layers, are great.
The PDF export feature is a game-changer.

Love the UI — very intuitive, and the chat box makes insights sound conversational. Forecasted Topics by Engagement is great. One small suggestion: add a time-of-year filter so that topics can be seen when they peak. Also, tooltips explaining metrics such as Engagement Score would be helpful for new users. Great overall potential!
