I recently realized that I have been binge eating since I was in high school. The first step in solving a problem is accepting it. So, I spent some time learning app development (again) and created this app to help me keep track.

I created this product because there was no existing app that provided this simple functionality. Some others include the counting ability but they also have many other features I do not want to use. I have found streak-chasing to be very helpful in building habits, especially regarding language learning using DuoLingo. I have already found that it helps me avoid binge eating.
