Hey Product Hunt! I'm Archit, the maker of DayOtter.
I kept hitting the same wall with scheduling tools: the good parts (teams, routing, automations) sit behind a paywall, and none of them are really yours to run. So I built DayOtter, an AI-native, open-source alternative to Calendly and Cal.com that you can self-host under AGPLv3, with every Pro feature free when you run it yourself.
What makes it different: Otter, the built-in AI assistant, is confirm-first. Tell it "move my 3pm to Thursday and let everyone know" and it drafts the change and waits for your OK, so it never books or moves anything on its own. On top of that you get real team scheduling (weighted round-robin, collective availability, routing forms, group polls), two-way sync with Google, Outlook and Apple, reminders over email, Slack, SMS, WhatsApp and push, native iOS and Android apps, and a full REST API with signed webhooks and booking holds.
