I’m excited to finally share DayHarbor.

I built it around a simple problem: most productivity tools are good at storing tasks, but they still leave you deciding what to do, when to do it, and how to recover when the day changes.

DayHarbor tries to close that gap.

You can start with a messy brain dump, turn it into a realistic plan, focus on the next thing, recover missed work, and learn from how you actually worked.

A lot of care also went into making it feel calm and native rather than like another overloaded productivity dashboard.

I’d really love your feedback — especially on the onboarding, planning flow, Focus experience, and anything that feels confusing or unnecessary.
