I started thinking, can I take my technical skills as a software engineer, and my ability to quickly wrap my head around how a business works, and use that to deliver a genuinely great customer care experience for their customers? The service is human first. No automated replies. No AI slop. Just thoughtful, grounded support. We’ll absolutely use technology behind the scenes to make support faster and better and to keep founders informed, but the customer experience will always be human.
