Data-Driven Marketing

Data-Driven Marketing by Mark Jeffery is my favourite book for trying to track all your marketing campaigns across multiple segments and verticals. It comes with templates and questions some assumptions about data-driven marketing as well as providing examples for why data-driven marketing is required and the infrastructure to support it. Highly recommended read to anyone looking to get into a Data-Driven Marketing role. On a side note he also runs a course on Data-Driven Marketing.
