How does the AI actually detect patterns in the symptoms I log, like what kind of timeframe or data volume does it need before the trend insights start feeling useful instead of just generic?
@asya2rke Great question! The AI becomes more useful as you log more data, but you don't need months of history to start seeing value.
In general, after about 1–2 weeks of consistent logging, it can begin identifying basic trends and recurring patterns. As more data is added over several weeks, the insights become more personalized and reliable because the AI has more context to work with.
The goal isn't to diagnose conditions—it's to help surface patterns you might not notice on your own, such as symptoms occurring after poor sleep, around certain foods, during periods of high stress, or at specific times of the month. Over time, those insights become increasingly tailored to your individual data rather than relying on generic observations.
Logged my headaches for a week and it actually flagged a pattern with my sleep hours that I hadn't noticed. The community chat felt more grounded than I expected, people sharing real timelines instead of generic advice.
