To do this, DarkHorse has built the most comprehensive onboarding and management solutions into the platform - making it possible to get started in mere minutes, without the need of a human (but if you need help, we're here!). (2) By cutting gross margins to as low as is possible. Other platforms in the space have taken funding or need large margins to cover all their extra costs - meaning that their target gross margins are anywhere from 50-80%+ (most SaaS tries for 75%+).
