DAOs are the next big thing in Web3, but they face many challenges. The joke is that DAOs are NOT decentralized, autonomous, or organized. They face three big problems. 1. Discovery and finding the right contributors 2. No scaleable hiring solution. 3. Who is working on what (Project management)? We are solving all these problems with DAOHelper.com by building a discovery, hiring, and community management platform for DAOs and contributors. For users, we have created a non-fungible profile, or as we like to call it, NFP. NFP is your on-chain resume with verified experience and credentials. Users can set up their non-fungible profile in 30 seconds. With NFP, they can discover and follow new DAOs, and apply for jobs and bounties. Users also have a personal dashboard to keep track of all the work with multiple DAOs And every action and task builds a work reputation on-chain. For DAOs, we created a simple solution to manage all their operations. Any DAO can get listed on our platform. DAO’s core team can post public and private announcements. They can also hire top-quality talent via jobs and bounties with peace of mind because users have verified no-chain resumes or, as we call it, NFP. DAO members and contributors can precisely see who is working on what with bounties and task boards for their teams. These boards can also be token-gated.

I am not a leader in this space, but I've watched Kash build from literally Day 0 and his focus on customer needs and being in market with his customers has been super impressive. No doubt he is going to nail this!
