Dameter reads your steps, distance, active calories and Screen Time, then grades your day out of 500: the less you move and the longer you stare at your phone, the higher you score. Ranks go from F all the way up to SSS, and SSS takes a truly heroic amount of doing nothing. Your grader is Namataro, a slightly lonely sloth who writes in his diary every day, whether you show up or not. It's a joke app, but he takes the job very seriously. Free on iPhone.

A while ago, I realized my greatest talent is doing nothing, and no app was giving me credit for it. So I made Dameter, a joke app that scores how lazy your day was.
The app's mascot is Namataro, a sloth who is allergic to the words "you can do it." He will never tell you to move. If you have an active day, he gets a little jealous, and that's about as harsh as he gets. Dameter is free on iPhone (iOS 26.2 or later), and your raw health data stays on your device.
