Hey Product Hunt! I built Dad Lite because managing work, family schedules, bills, kids’ activities, fitness and your own headspace can become a bloody mess.
Most organiser apps are built for everyone, which often means they feel generic or complicated. I wanted something designed specifically for dads: practical, straightforward and useful in real family life.
Dad Lite combines schedules, tasks, budgeting, fitness and wellbeing tools in one place, with no ads or subscriptions.
I’d appreciate honest feedback, especially on what features would make it more useful for other dads.

Love the Aussie tone and the no-nonsense approach, this looks like it was actually built by someone juggling school runs and footy practice. One thing that would make it even more useful for me would be a shared grocery list that auto-categorises by aisle and pulls from family meal plans, so my partner and I can stop texting each other about who already grabbed the milk.

@angus_king As a Dad of 2 Boyz, finding time and organizing everything is difficult. Dad lite is not someting I want but its what I need. Sadly not available on indian store. Kudos on the launch.

Love how the feature names actually mean something instead of being filler jargon, especially the Dad Bod Department and Head Check bits. Feels like someone really sat down and thought through what a dad actually opens his phone for at 6am.

the Dad Bod Department made me laugh, and honestly the Head Check feature is kind of genius for keeping tabs on how you're actually doing. feels like it was built by someone who gets it
