Free desktop app to measure cycle time, lead time and throughput from Jira, Trello or OpenProject. Monte Carlo forecasts, flow efficiency, rework detection. No cloud, no account (your data stays local) Built because Jira's built-in reports don't show how long work actually takes. Cylenivo reads every status transition and computes percentiles, trends, and delivery forecasts from your real data. No story points, no velocity - just what actually happened. Free, open source. MIT + Commons Clause.

Hi! I'm Thomas, team lead in software delivery for 15+ years.
I built Cylenivo because I was frustrated with Jira's built-in reporting. Velocity charts count story points (an estimate). I wanted to know how long work actually takes, where tickets get stuck, and how often they bounce back between statuses.
Jira tracks every status transition, but it doesn't surface any of that. So I built a desktop app that reads the full history and computes what matters: cycle time with percentiles (not just averages), lead time, throughput, rework patterns, flow efficiency, and Monte Carlo delivery forecasts.
It's local-first: your data never leaves your machine. No cloud, no accounts. Connects to Jira Cloud, Jira Server, and via plugins to Trello and OpenProject.
I'd love to hear how other teams measure delivery performance today and what's missing from the tools you use.
