We built Cygnus Voice because we were tired of robocalls.
You know the ones: flat voice, long pauses, and if you talk over them they keep going like you never spoke. Callers hang up on them, and we don’t blame them. Most AI phone agents are still a speech-to-text step, a language model and a text-to-speech step stitched together. You can hear the seams.
So we built ours on speech-to-speech models. The agent hears audio and replies in audio, with no text step in between. That changes everything about how a call feels:
