I'm Elliott, one of the makers of Cycloneo, an intelligent and minimalist invoice management tool for everyone 🌪️
A quick behind-the-scenes :
Big companies have countless possibilities to manage their productivity, accounting and admin with large teams and expensive SaaS tools.
Smaller teams, startups and entrepreneurs don't have that luxury.
As a startup with a small team of only 8 people, we spend hours each end-of-month running after invoices from our freelancers, our suppliers, our office space and struggling to pay on time. Most invoices come by e-mail, others by Slack, some by WhatsApp and things start getting messy.

Happy to see you guys launch here!
I was a beta tester a few weeks back and used Cycloneo for one of my clients (a sports company with multisports complexes everywhere in France).
We just created a workspace for each center, uploaded invoices for each center and shared with our accounting team so they could pay on time.
A few more features could be nice and maybe analytics or a dashboard?

@henwalkco We didn't make it easy on English-speaking testers the first time round, but thanks for the support, we'll be pushing an English version quite soon with additional features and a new UI 🙏

I have been using Cycloneo for a few months in my company. I must say that it is an extremely practical tool. It has simplified our invoice management significantly. Thanks to its minimalist interface and its artificial intelligence, we can now manage our invoices in a more efficient and organized way.
