@tjerkienator I was super eager to try out your service, paying for the mid-tier option. However it's been 24 hours and still haven't received anything. I emailed support with no answer. Any idea how long this should take?

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately we were experiencing some issues with our email setup. This made your emails to support and our delivery emails bounce.
However, it should all be fixed now.
Please note that I re-triggered the delivery of your order manually and it was now delivered successfuly.

Interesting !
I believe that a major pain point for business owners in the near future will be making their AI-generated content sound more human.
For instance, while the GPT AI Power plugin for WordPress does allow for model fine-tuning, it's unclear how much it can reduce the percentage of AI-detected content. This may be a concern for those who need to strike a balance between efficiency and natural-sounding content.
The output is not good at all. It was emailed as an Excel file, nothing useful was generated. I purchased 10 blogs but every time I try to log in, it asks for more payment. The Excel sheet had 10 outputs but nothing (already stated) was of use to anyone. It did not generate quality material at all. There is no opportunity to tweak their output and then Cyborg try again.

Please provide me with the email address you used for your order and I will refund you and send you new blogposts free of charge.
Furthermore I would like to point you to our website where it is clearly stated that the delivery format will be in excel.

I paid for the top, 60-article plan and days later I have received NOTHING and had no reply to comments posted on the launch. I emailed and the email bounced back undeliverable. This is the first time I have ever had such an experience on ProductHunt. @tjerkienator Douwe Tjerkstra, why have you done this? Why not reply? Can I please have a refund?

Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with our email provider that caused your emails and our order delivery emails to bounce.
This should be fixed now, and I made sure to re-trigger the delivery of your order.
