Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Dmytro, the maker of CV Cleaner. I built this after watching too many friends get ghosted by recruiters - not because their experience was weak, but because their CVs were a mess of inconsistent fonts, broken tables, and formatting that ATS systems couldn't parse. What CV Cleaner does: • Strips out formatting noise (weird fonts, hidden tables, broken bullets) • Restructures your CV into a clean, ATS-friendly layout • Keeps your content intact - just makes it readable for both humans and machines • Works in seconds, no account required Who it's for: anyone applying for jobs who's spent more time fighting Word than writing about their experience. It's free to try - I'd love your honest feedback, especially on edge cases (weird PDF exports, multi-column layouts, non-English CVs). Roast it, suggest features, tell me what's missing. Thanks for checking it out!

Nice focused scope, 'upload, clean, download, no sign-up' is refreshing when most tools in this space push you into an account before doing anything. Question: how do you handle the ATS side? Do you test output against actual ATS parsers, or is it based on general formatting best practices? That distinction would matter a lot to me as a job seeker. Congrats on the launch!

Finally a tool that strips out the weird spacing from exported Word files without mangling my bullet points. Whole process took maybe 20 seconds and the cleaned version went straight through an ATS check on the first try.

Love that it skips the sign-up step, that's the right call for something this quick. One idea: add a side-by-side preview showing the original and cleaned versions so people can spot what got stripped. Would help build trust and also teach folks what formatting issues to avoid next time they save a doc.

Finally something that strips the random spacing and weird bullet styles from my old Word resume without making me start over. Cleaned it in under a minute and it passed an ATS check on the first try.

Uploaded a heavily formatted resume and it came back actually readable, not just stripped of style. The before/after preview side by side was a nice touch.

The no sign-up, instant upload flow is exactly how this kind of tool should work. Feels like the team actually thought about job seekers in a panic, not just another SaaS funnel.
