Many CRM solutions are far too much complex today. We offer something easy to use and simple to orient in. When you think about it...what do you really need to know about your sales and customers to keep your business running?

@viktoriedm i just signed up for a trial but is the trial read only? can't seem to add anything without paying.
is there any social integration by the way? can't see it anywhere :-(

@helencrozier I am really sorry, but you actually did report a bug. :/ And we thank you for that! Everything is running as it should again, your trial account should be working normally now.
Social interactions are not in our app yet, but be sure it is something that should come. If you have any ideas for new features, contact our support - support@customeed.com, or tweet about it - we would love to make our users' dreams come true. :)

@eriktorenberg i've been watching this space for a while and have tested out a few.
I'm a fan of the social crm apps - have stuck with nimble ($15/mth) for a couple of years but contactually also does a good job.
Nimble finally synchronises with google contacts - we've been waiting for that for eons!
Both mentioned have reminders based on your pre-determined frequencyfor follow up. To be honest I wouldn't spend time on any crm that doesn't have the social component but perhaps that is just my bias because of my background.
