Cust Bot is a small Twitter bot that I created in about 24 hours. The idea came when I was looking for a Twitter handler of a couple of companies to tweet to get help and I realised, after searching, that a lot of companies have different Twitter accounts for their support teams.
So, Cust is born. Simply send a tweet to @CustBot with the company name, and if he knows the account he'll Tweet back and where possible with the available times that the account is monitored.
