Terrible. Bought the plan, they haven’t done anything not even a call in 2 months. Support completely unresponsive

Not charging users before telling them you can get them X amount of money; then fail at getting any money.

Customer service is 10/10. James, Emily and team have helped me get my account set up after having so many issues connecting a few of my banks. Wish negotiations were faster but beggars can't be choosers.

Currently using Cushion, and I came here to leave an in-progress review. Covid is hitting a lot of families hard right now. If you’re struggling to get out of the hole with overdraft fees, Cushion is the second chance you deserve. The best part is their payment option. $99 for an entire year of unlimited overdraft detection and negotiation. It’s even per YEAR instead of per negotiation, which they could absolutely be making more money off of. That tells me Cushion values the customer care over traditional capitalist, money machine business ethics. Getting signed up with Cushion is a breeze. They require next to zero work from you to get started, aside from connecting your account to their platform. They also have AMAZING customer service, like Emily, who was ridiculously quick in answering a question I had today. Think about it this way. If you could hire someone to personally scan your account and write/submit UNLIMITED compelling overdraft fee refund requests ALL YEAR while requiring literally no work from you, wouldn’t you? With no end to Covid in sight, I will be enjoying the peace of mind Cushion provides me during this pandemic.
