I just used this to get my whole Organization to sign a document. It couldn't have been easier. The tool guide invitees through the fields, it took everyone about 7 seconds to sign theirs and then I have a record of all of it on the backend. They have a nifty ability to post a link to sign as well, so you could shoot a document that needs signing to an email list and have everyone sign in a few seconds. The UI isn't perfect, but using Templates is very easy and saved me a ton of time. I like it better than Docusign for the purpose I described, it's just WAY easier for the recipient, which was important to me.
