I’m a dad of two boys (3 and 5) and a mobile developer. I built Cubbie for our own family, because the family chat was chaos: who’s picking up whom, what happened today, which photos got lost in the thread.

Families with nannies, au pairs, and grandparents then asked for hours and coverage, so 1.11 added working hours and a two-sided hours record. Either side enters the day, the other confirms, and it reads against the schedule. We don’t have a nanny or au pair ourselves, so I’m not your user, and that’s why I need your feedback.

Cubbie is on iPhone and Android, since the nanny and the parents rarely use the same phone.

What would help most:
