Super excited (and honestly a little nervous) to share what I’ve been working on: CtrlPlain. I built this because I’ve always seen sales teams export Salesforce data just to get work done in spreadsheets. It’s faster, more flexible, and just… easier. But syncing that work back to Salesforce? Total pain. I watched people waste so much time manually updating fields or just letting CRM data go stale. Existing tools let you inline edit, but they don’t give you everything that makes Google Sheets great: filters, formulas, templates, full control. CtrlPlain turns Google Sheets into a true CRM interface. You can manage pipeline, opportunities and accounts; sync it all back to Salesforce in real time. No manual updates, no exports, just clean data and full flexibility. My long-term goal is to support 2-way syncs with everything sellers use: PowerPoint, Word, etc… so you can create any template—proposals, business cases, mutual action plans—and have it stay updated with your CRM. No more buying five different tools to handle your sales docs. CtrlPlain becomes your one-stop shop for execution. Would love your feedback. What’s missing?
