Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm one of the makers of CSVBox — we've spent years building the CSV/Excel importer that gets embedded into other people's apps. This launch is a companion to that: an open-source MCP server so you can manage CSVBox importers directly from Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, or any other MCP-compatible client. The problem it solves: setting up an import sheet (columns, validation rules, virtual/derived fields, integration code) used to mean going into the CSVBox dashboard and clicking through a UI. Now you can just describe what you want in plain language to your AI coding assistant, and it creates, patches, or regenerates the sheet for you — including ready-to-paste integration code for React, Vue, and Angular. It runs entirely locally over stdio via npx (no separate install), and it's MIT licensed. Repo and docs are linked above.
